For your convenience,
a Three Day Notice is included on this site, and you
are welcome to use it to start the eviction process.
If your tenant does not pay within the time allowed,
then simply fax a copy of the posted Three Day
Notice, along with an Eviction Order Form and we'll
take care of the rest!
 
The
Eviction Process Made Easy
1. The
Tenant gets served a Three Day Notice. It can be
served by either you or us. A Three Day Notice is
included on this page and you are welcome to use it.
The three days cannot include weekends or holidays,
and it is always better to add an extra day just to
make sure.
2. We file a
Complaint with the Court in the jurisdiction of the
property. The Tenant has 7-9 days to submit an
answer to the Court. If the tenant files an answer
with the Court, a Hearing may be necessary.
3. We submit
a Final Judgment Package to the Count. If the
Judge accepts it, their office will send it directly
to the Sheriff's Office for processing. Usually
takes 2-5 days.
4. The
Sheriff's Office processes the file, serves a 24
Hour Notice upon the Tenant, and schedules the
physical eviction with us 24-48 hours in advance.
Usually 7-10 days.
In total, it
takes between 4 to 6 weeks. |
